AI App Studio enables users to create AI mobile applications using AI-generated workflows, templates, and automation tools.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information during signup
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- You are liable for all activities under your account
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Access to the platform requires a paid subscription
- AI credits are required to generate apps
- All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

5. App Ownership & Responsibility
You retain ownership of apps created using the platform.
You are solely responsible for:
- App content
- Compliance with Google Play & Apple App Store policies
- Legal compliance (privacy, data usage, etc.)
We do not guarantee app approval on any app marketplace.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Create apps involving illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Use the platform for spam, fraud, or abuse
- Reverse engineer or misuse the platform
7. Intellectual Property
- Platform, code, UI, and AI systems belong to Chief Software Solutions
- Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- Outputs are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or compliant
- Users must review and validate all generated content before publishing
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- App rejection from app stores
- Loss of data, revenue, or business
- Errors in AI-generated outputs
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- Terms are violated
- Payment is not completed
- Misuse is detected
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
